Our cat-sitter Courtney left us this incredible surprise of bite-sized Larabars that she had leftover from her gluten-free camp! Aren’t they cute?
(Note the brownie chocolate chip ones are missing. Yep they are my fav and disappeared before the photo shoot.)
Aside from their delicious sweet taste, what I love about them is their simple, wholesome ingredients. Actually, you can easily make your own in a food processor with dates and nuts. I typically have a stash of some sort of concoction (usually involving raw cacao powder) in the freezer. I call them my “energy balls” and I’ll show you how to make them if you’re interested.
